Open structure, no bullshit #
Openness is root level for us. Information is open internally by default and sharing may be a fundamental principle. and that we understand that speaking your mind requires equal parts brains (what to say), thoughtfulness (when to mention it), and caring (how it’s said).
Build with customer experience first in mind #
“Measure twice, cut once.” This is good advice when trying to build anything. Work ethics and urgency infuse everything we do, alongside the wisdom to consider community suggestions with care. After gathering and analyzing community suggestions, we get to work on a weekly sprint basis.
Don’t be rude to the customers #
Customers are our ambassadors who we should help guide the way, and we need to help understand our concepts and products. Without customers, we’re nothing. So considering the experience journey of the customers – collectively, not just a handful – comes first.
Work and play, as a team #
We spend a huge amount of our time doing deep work. So the more that time doesn’t feel like grunt work, the better. We can be serious, without taking ourselves too seriously. We strive to put what’s right for the team first – whether in a meeting or on a game together
Be the change you seek #
All Lectroners should have the courage and resourcefulness to spark change – to make better our products, our people, our place. Continuous improvement is a shared responsibility. Action is an independent one.
